FOH managers will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the restaurant.
These responsibilities include:
Opening or Closing the respective shift Decisions about staffing - cutting - breaks - etc.
Customer Calls - calculating product needed and placing orders correctly Troubleshooting any issues that arise - from staffing to customer concerns.
Ensuring quality of service and product.
Work well with kitchen managers and other FOH managers Reporting directly to the owners on a daily basis.
Promote a positive work environment Position could be days, nights or likely a combination of both.
Position will include weekends and most major holidays.
