Managing the employee healthcare and benefits programs, 401k, pension, retirement vehicles and compensation plans;
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, HIPAA, ERISA;
Negotiating pricing and financial funding methods;
Selecting insurance carriers, actuaries, 3rd party administrators;
Maintaining records, claims, funding and compensation plans;
Creating and maintaining metrics for the measurement on cost containment/effectiveness of the total benefit package;
Creating and presenting various communications with all levels of company personnel regarding compensation and benefits.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or higher required; Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits Management preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of compensation and benefits management experience in a large manufacturing industry;
Experience managing, overseeing, coordinating, and measuring the selection, definition, implementation and administration of the employee compensation and benefit plans;
Project Management experience required;
Experience with all related legal requirements including HIPAA, ERISA, etc.;
Proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
