The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Operations Manager for a large food manufacturing company in Illinois. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining, implementing and planning plant activities and ensuring that all plant functionality adheres to set specifications and standards. He or she will lead and encourage employees and uphold lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities:
Maximizes manufacturing performance through planning and production scheduling
Identifies and resolves issues and prioritizes improvement opportunities
Implements efficient cost saving strategies
Ensures that training in lean manufacturing techniques, safety, quality and operations is readily available to all levels of employees
Ensures and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
Participates in health and safety audits
Ensures all reports are fully accurate and organized
Pinpoint critical areas for development and training
Motivates, influences and trains employees and implements change to ensure continuous improvement
Prioritizes and implements improvement opportunities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required in related field
Engineering degree is preferred
3 plus years' experience in a management role in a manufacturing environment is required
Experience in food manufacturing is preferred

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Plus Bonus!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
